How can you become a member of our Hub?

Applications For 2025 Are Open Now!

TO APPLY, YOU NEED TO:

  1. Prepare a CV

  2. Record a 1.5 min. video of yourself (instructions below)

  3. Fill out this application form

APPLICATIONS TIMELINE

  • Applications will be open from 04.02.2025 at 00:00 CET until 28.02.2025 at midnight CET

  • Following the online application, the recruitment team will screen all applications and create a shortlist. Applicants will be informed about being shortlisted by 09.03.2025. 

  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited for the assessment day which will take place on 15.03 in Vienna including individual interviews and a group assessment. Invited individuals will also be required to prepare a short task which they should present in their interview. The instructions will be sent to the candidates 2 days before the assessment day.

  • Once the assessment day has taken place, all candidates will be informed about the results by 23.03.2025

  • Once accepted to the hub, new members enter a 3 month probation period in which they will work on a team project with other new hub members supervised by an older hub member.

  • After the probation period, committed new hub members will be welcomed as full hub members.

CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY

  • Applicants must be between 18-27 years old 

  • Residents of or live close to Vienna

  • Committed to working to improve their community

  • Interested in developing their leadership potential

  • Able to work well in teams and be of collaborative spirit

  • Agree to live up to the principles and values of the Global Shapers Community Charter

  • Committed to attend monthly hub meetings 

  • Committed to attend one yearly hub retreat (2-3 days)

  • Committed to take on an active role within our hub 

A note on AI: We want to get to know you as a person, so please fill out the application yourself. Any answers that are visibly generated by AI will not be assessed.
